Chef João has worked in remarkable Sydney venues and brought his ideas, skills and passion to King's BBQ. Since childhood, he cooked barbecues with his dad and uncles. After settling in Sydney in 2015, he became the go-to BBQ guy among family and friends — now leading services with precision and heart.

Hospitality at heart. Former MMA fighter, Muay Thai champion, BJJ black belt, former butcher owner and proud dad. The love for meat is in his blood — cooking perfect cuts over the coals is one of his great gifts, turning events into unforgettable moments.
